The forged thick aluminum construction ensures even heat distribution and prevents hot spots, while the double-riveted stay-cool stainless steel handles remain cool on the stovetop. These durable pieces are oven-safe up to 450°F and dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.

The Onyx Grill Pan features a brushed stainless steel stay-cool handle to help reduce heat transfer. The interior is coated three times with the new Teflon Platinum, and the exterior is coated twice for easy cleaning. The Onyx Collection utilizes Teflon for its non-stick coatings, with a forged aluminum core and embedded stainless steel plate. This construction ensures the Teflon is added to both the inside and outside of the cookware.

The double-riveted stay-cool handles provide strength and durability, with the long, brushed stainless steel remaining cool on the stovetop. These pieces are oven-safe up to 450°F and dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup, although they are not compatible with induction stovetops.
